I don’t often show who I really am. I’m 100% authentic, in every situation . Depends on the people I’m hanging out with or specific situations. I often conceal my true feelings or behaviors to get along better with others by acting like they do so they will like me. I’m scared people won’t like me if they know the real me, so I don't share my true self.

I don’t know my purpose— my reason for being. I’m completely clear about my purpose. I have a general feel about my purpose, but don’t always live in alignment with it. Occasionally I get a glimpse of my purpose, but most of the time I’m confused about my reason for being. People keep talking about the importance of having a purpose, but I don’t have a clue what mine is at all.

I don’t easily forgive myself or others. I easily forgive myself and others. Sometimes I can hold a grudge. It’s hard for me to forgive and let go. I hardly ever forgive others who have done me wrong, and I am especially hard on myself.

I don’t trust myself to make the best decisions. I completely trust my judgement and decisions. Sometimes I question my judgement or decisions in certain circumstances. I frequently second guess my decisions. I often feel overwhelmed by self-doubt and can't make a decision.

It is easier for me to be negative than positive. I feel authentically positive most of the time. While I’m often positive, certain people or circumstances can cause me feel pessimistic. More often than not I focus on the negative or expect the worst over positive outcomes. I feel pessimistic most of the time and will ignore anything good and focus on one negative comment.

When things don’t go as planned, I can’t easily change course. I can easily change and adapt when needed. Sometimes I can be flexible in certain parts of my life and resistant to change in others. It’s hard for me make changes once I’ve started a particular course in life. I hate change. Even when my inner voice knows that being flexible is in my best interests, it’s hard for me to make changes and I shouldn’t have to.

I don’t reach out to a support system when things get hard. I have a strong community of family and/or friends that I turn to when I need them. Sometimes I have people to turn to, while other times I don’t. Just depends on the circumstances. It’s hard for me to ask for help. I often feel isolated and lonely, and don’t have others who can support me or help solve problems.
