Doubting your ability to handle stress

or feeling like anxiety is taking over your life? A lack of confidence and constant fear can interfere with your relationships, work, and personal happiness.

What does anxiety feel like?

Anxiety is an overwhelming feeling of worry, despair, and fear in our day-to-day life. It’s common for all of us to feel some degree of anxiousness as a normal reaction to stressful life situations. Indeed, sometimes these feelings can even be helpful by heightening our state of awareness to help us stay focused, alert, and in control when faced with threatening situations. In some cases, however, it can become pervasive and chronic.

This frequent and intense form of stress and anxiety can get in the way of our ability to function. Obsessive thoughts, irrational fears, paranoia, and sudden unexplained panic attacks leave you debilitated and unable to cope with daily responsibilities. When anxiety becomes overwhelming, we may find ourselves afraid and worried about things outside of our control. In these circumstances, our stress and anxiety don’t help us stay in control. Instead, they take control over our lives and us.

I integrate my expertise in psychoanalysis, neuropsychology, life coaching, and mind-body connection, into a unique, holistic approach that guides her clients on an Illuminated Path to joy, inner peace, and freedom.
